Share your current mood the first time you open your HeartGuard Journal for the day. Simply select the emoticon which best expresses your mood. Your HeartGuard Journal will connect you with an encouraging scripture or bible verse which matches your mood.

The journal entries page is your personal dashboard in your HeartGuard Journal.
  • Bible verses (or scripture) that uplift, encourage and reinforce your mood display at the top of the page. When you change your mood, a Bible verse or scripture appears to connect with your mood.
  • Use the page to manage your journal entries including removing an entry or reading an entire entry.
  • Change your mood at anytime throughout the day.
  • Add a new entry to your HeartGuard Journal.
  • Secure your HeartGuard Journal on your device at any time.

Mood Trend is a special feature in your HeartGuard Journal. It tracks how you’ve recorded your mood in your HeartGuard Journal over a 7-day period. Monitoring your Mood Trend helps you celebrate progress in your healing as well as identify times when you need to add more self-care and/or professional help to your healing plan.
